Puan Nor Azizati has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), effective from 1 October 2024.

Having a Master's Degree in Public Health (International Health) from Boston University, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences and Humanities (Psychology) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and a Diploma in Public Management from the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), Puan Nor Azizati has a vast experience in public service of 28 years and contributed her excellence service in various ministries. Prior to her current role as the Undersecretary of the Strategic Financial Control and Corporate, in the Ministry of Finance (MOF), she served in the Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA). Throughout her career, Puan Nor Azizati has also served in the Pos Malaysia Berhad under the Cross-Fertilization Program - Government Linked Companies (GLC) and was placed at Pos Malaysia Berhad from 2009 to 2010.

With knowledge, expertise and experience in various fields such as financial, procurement and budget management, human resources, and organizational development and internal audit manangement, Puan Nor Azizati has been also trusted with few other Board of Director appointments which include FELCRA Berhad and FELCRA Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. (FFISB), and as the member of the Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). In addition, she is also an alternate member for Secretary General of Treasury on the Board of Directors of the National Legal Aid Foundation (YBGK).
