What is Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ) eServices Platform?
The DFTZ eServices Platform is an enhanced digital trade facilitation system developed by MDEC in close collaboration with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) and key industry stakeholders, the platform ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and operational practices.
As one of MDEC’s key digitalisation initiatives, the platform is designed to deliver tangible value to end users, including logistics providers, courier companies, customs agents, and businesses involved in cross-border trade operations in Malaysia.
This platform represents a refresh and enhancement of the existing system, built to better support evolving industry needs and improve overall user experience.

The DFTZ eServices Platform is an enhanced version of the existing DFTZ platform, developed by MDEC to provide improved features, performance, and reliability in facilitating cross-border trade processes.
The platform is to be used by Express Handling Units (EHUs) and Customs Agents (CAs) involved in DFTZ-related declaration and clearance processes.
To get started, you may contact us at dftz@mdec.com.my to arrange onboarding. Our team will guide you through the registration process, system access, and required steps to begin using the platform.
