Please be informed that, effective 21 September 2026, all clients who wish to conduct any transaction at the Immigration Counter must make an appointment through the online appointment system before visiting the counter.

Please be advised that walk-in clients without a confirmed appointment may not be entertained by the Immigration Counter. We therefore kindly ask that you make an appointment before visiting to avoid any inconvenience or unnecessary delays.
