Greetings from the Expats Service Centre!

 

In view of the upcoming Chinese New Year celebrations, please be informed that the Expats Service Centre will be closed for half day on 16 February 2026 (Monday), from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Centre will resume operations as usual on 19 February 2026 (Thursday).
 

In conjunction with the month of Ramadan, the Expats Service Centre will operate from 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. throughout the Ramadan period. During this period, the service counter will be temporarily closed from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) and from 12:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. (Friday).

 

Please note that the operating hours and closure for Hari Raya Aidilfitri will be announced at a later date.

 

Accordingly, we encourage you to plan your application submissions in advance to ensure a smooth process for expatriate-related services.
