Following the recent announcement by the Prime Minister of Malaysia on the additional public holiday for Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2026, we would like to provide an update on the operating hours of the Expats Service Centre during the festive period.

 

Operating Hours:

• 19 March 2026 (Thursday): Open until 12:30 PM
• 20 March 2026 (Friday) – 23 March 2026 (Monday): Closed
• 24 March 2026 (Tuesday): Operations resume as usual

 

Important Deadlines

1. Cancellation of Pass (Original Passport Submission)

• The last day for submission was 13 March 2026 (Friday).
• Original passports will not be accepted from today until operations resume on 24 March 2026, due to security considerations.

2. Pass Endorsement

• The final date for submission is 17 March 2026 (Tuesday).
• ​​​Applications submitted after this date will be processed after the festive period​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
